I have been a homeowner for the last two years. Because of some financial problems caused by unemployment we had to go through the difficult process of foreclosure.

 

We were aware of this to be imminent. George Klein from Georg Klein & Associates approached us in the name of his client the bank which owns the property now to inform us about the dispossessory procedure and pre-empt from us going through the embarrassing and painful experience of having our personal belongings be put on the street.

 

Mr. Klein advanced noticed allowed us to find a temporary housing facility and plan our move effortlessly.

Mr. Klein offered a “Moving Assistance “ package taking care of the rental of a U-Haul truck , the deposit for us to rent it which was a substantial help. He even offered his personal assistance during the move.

 

Mr Klein kept us informed of the process on a weekly basis which contributed to a better planning and peace of mind. Although it was an unfortunate situation for us Mr. Klein treated us with decency, respect, integrity and honorability. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Dear Neighbor,

I came in contact with Georg Klein August 2004 when he moved into our neighborhood. Since then Georg stayed in touch with us offering his services as a real estate consultant or as an investor specialist and offered to purchase our home. At first we were thinking to list our home and put it on the market for sale. Georg consistently stayed in touch with us informing us when we were ready to sell , he was ready to buy. Georg explained to us the advantages as a seller to sell directly to him as a buyer. The advantages we saw in this process were

 

  1. Fair price. As a savvy investor Georg does not lowball your selling price. At closing we got the same amount of money we would have perceived had we used the traditional services of a real estate agent at the normal sales commission.
  2. Quick closing.
  3. Lending support. Georg works with a great deal of lenders. He assists you in contacting them and leads you , step by step, educating you how to negotiate the best rates for your next purchase. By doing so , he not only makes sure you find the house of your dreams but that you can afford also at very competitive rates.
  4. Move out accommodation. Georg works with you accommodating the closing to your move –out schedule
  5. Continuous updates. As a seasoned agent Georg leads you through the process informing you about the different steps of the selling process.
  6. Appraisal and Inspection Support. Georg offered continuous support all the way from the appraisal, to the inspection to the closing. Georg informed us step by step of the things that were required from us in order to be able to close.

  10. Moving support. Georg also offered a group of inexpensive movers you might consider to use at a very affordable rate for your move.
  11. Relocation support. If you are planning to move out of state Georg  offered his services to contact the best selling agent in the of our final destination facilitating the tedious work of selecting a reliable, trustworthy and honest real estate consultant expediting the  search of a possible future home.

 

Georg  made the stressful process of selling our home into a fair, seamless , well programmed,  time effective and enjoyable experience. We can only recommend Georg’s services.
