	Eric Mangum was born and reared in North Georgia. He spent three years in Germany serving in the Army as a supply specialist. He moved to Atlanta in 1981 where he began to establish himself as a leader in the Atlanta business community. Eric has owned and operated and sold in 2008 a successful printing company for the past eighteen years and has negotiated multimillion dollar contracts every year. He is a master of negotiations. He has also been a real estate investor for the past six years. Eric has been a successful real estate agent for the past 5 years. He is currently advising several groups of individuals in Real Estate investing. He is also mentoring 10 young adults to live a successful life and not from the lifestyle they grew up in. Eric is on the Board of Directors for Maceo Kids and World Learning Preparatory Academy. His philosophy is to give back to the community because that is all there is. Making a difference in peoples lives from mentoring them to assisting first time home buyers getting a home to assisting businesses in meeting their objectives. He has learned how to make a win win out of all situations for everyone to prosper and succeed.

	Anthony L. Hudson, born and raised in Georgia, continues to be a long-time resident of Atlanta. Prior to his five (5) years experience as a real estate investor and agent, Mr. Hudson has been a committed officer of the law with the Georgia Department of Public Safety and continues to serve in this capacity. He not only carries the honor of being an Eagle Scout, but he also has numerous awards within his community and as an officer of the law. His representation of clients includes a vast area of the state from Rome to Augusta and his hard-working reputation and integrity is widely known.

	Nich Gotch has worked on remodeling many homes beginning in junior high school through high school and 2 years of college. Also part-time remodeling on and off over the years.
